To enhance your festival dining experience, we have created a special Black Tie Snack Box with Whole Foods-Reno. It’s perfect for a quick, last minute snack to munch on before the performance. If you’re running late, just slide it under your seat to dig into during intermission.

how to order

Pre-order your Black Tie Snack Box by email herebefore 9 a.m. the Wednesday morning preceding the performance you will be attending. For example, for the July 28 and 29 performances, orders must be received by 9 a.m. July 26.

Late orders can be made until Thursday at 9 a.m., but may require substitutions as Whole Foods cannot guarantee that all products will be available after the Wednesday cutoff. Whole Foods will make payment arrangements with you directly. Please pick up your order between 5:30 and 6:45 p.m. at the Classical Tahoe Tickets/Will Call tent.

on-site food and drink purchases

It’s best to pre-order the Black Tie Snack Boxes to ensure you get one, but there will be a small number of snack boxes for sale at the concert, which can be purchased at the Tickets/Will Call tent. We accept cash or credit card.

CYMBAL, a non-profit organization that supports music programs and education for children in Incline Village, will be selling a variety of snacks.

Incline Spirits will be back again this year selling a selection of wines and beers for your pleasure.

If you prefer to bring your own picnic to the concert, there will be tables and chairs available outside the concert pavilion on the beautiful grounds of Sierra Nevada College. If you need to order any ingredients for this or your other weekly meal planning, call ahead to Whole Foods Concierge Service by Monday for their Tuesday delivery to Incline Village.
