I AM A SUBSCRIBER WHO RECEIVED AN INVITATION: DO I NEED TO PRINT A TICKET?

No, all events will have a guest list at the door.

ARE THEIR TICKETS AVAILABLE TO PURCHASE?

Because of limited seating, no tickets are available for purchase. Season 9 Subscribers and Trio-Orchestra Subscribers were offered an invitation to attend the Chamber Music Series. No subscription or invitation transfers are permitted.

IS A WAIVER REQUIRED TO ATTEND THE CONCERT?

Yes, a waiver and release of liability and an indemnification for  individuals whose likeness will be used in the broadcast, acknowledging their agreement to participate in a broadcast program is required. Waivers must be completed and returned to Classical Tahoe in advance of the series, July 31.

HOW WILL FILMING WORK?

PBS Reno will be filming on Friday and Saturday evenings for livestream and future productions. You will see stationary cameras set up throughout the venue, the PBS Reno team may be roving throughout the venue while maintaining social distance protocols.

MAY I BRING A PICNIC OR WINE TO THE CONCERT?

No, we are not permitting any outside food or beverage this year.  Small water bottles will be provided at the venue. 

We understand this is a change from the pre-concert courtyard picnics we love to share. Thank you for your cooperation this summer. Share a picture of your pre-concert meal  to facebook or instagram

WILL CONCESSIONS BE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE?

No, we have suspended concessions for the Chamber Music Series this year. 

WHERE ARE ARE VENUES?

Both venues are on the east end of  Lakeshore Blvd, just east of Country Club Drive and the Hyatt Incline Village, Nev. North Lake Tahoe (Attendees will be emailed addresses and parking details).

WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?

All Subscribers will be notified via email on their household’s arrival time (15-30 minutes prior to the 7PM start time).  

WHAT CAN I EXPECT WHEN ENTERING THE VENUE?

Please wear a facial covering from the time you leave your car,  temperature check and hand sanitizing, and follow physical distancing protocols including directional arrows and socially distanced floor markers.

SHOULD I WEAR MY FACE COVERING THROUGHOUT THE CONCERT?

We strongly encourage wearing your face covering throughout the 75 minute event (and anytime you are in public!)

WHAT IS THE CONCERT SCHEDULE?

The 60 minute concert will start promptly at 7PM. No intermission. A 15-minute Meet The Musicians Conversation will follow each performance.

WHAT IF I NEED ADA OPTIONS OR ASSISTANCE GETTING DOWN A LONG DRIVEWAY TO MY SEAT?

WILL I HAVE AN ASSIGNED SEAT?

Yes, seats have been assigned. Seating is cabaret tables with one household seated together. (You do not need to bring your own chair.)

WHAT CAN I EXPECT WHEN EXITING THE VENUE?

Please remain in your seats and allow staff to direct patrons, those nearest to the exit will leave first.

WILL THERE BE RESTROOMS?

Yes, a restroom trailer is available for use before and after the concert.

WHAT IF IT RAINS?

Concerts are rain or shine.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Tahoe evening casual, comfortable shoes (driveways are long and grass underfoot to seats). Evenings may bring cooler weather- please bring a sweater, wrap or jacket to stay comfortable.
