Steven Bouck was the President of Waste Connections, Inc.from 2004 through 2018.  Waste Connections is an NYSE traded environmental services company.  Prior to that Mr. Bouck served as its Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 1998 through 2004. He also served in various positions with First Analysis Corporation a boutique investment firm focused on the Environmental and Infrastructure sectors from 1986 to 1998, ending As Managing Director.  As a private equity investor he served on the board of Directors of several portfolio companies. He has been a Chartered Financial Analyst since 1990. Mr. Bouck holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an M.B.A. in Finance from the Wharton School.  He remains an active investor and loves everything outdoors that Tahoe has to offer.
