HOW TO PURCHASE A SUBSCRIPTION

Subscriptions for 2027 will open in March 2027.

CLASSICAL TAHOE SUBSCRIPTION PACKAGES

Mainstage Subscription (9 Pavilion concerts)

  • Includes tickets to all five orchestra concerts, three jazz concerts, and one dance performance.
  • Early Access to renewing next year’s subscription.
  • Invitation to Classical Tahoe’s “Inside Look” pre-rehearsal concert talk with guest conductor.

Classical Series Subscription

  • Includes tickets to all five orchestra concerts and one dance performance.
  • Early Access to renewing next year’s subscription.
  • Invitation to Classical Tahoe’s “Inside Look” pre-rehearsal concert talk with guest conductor.

Jazz Series Subscription 

  • Includes the same seats for all three Brubeck Jazz Summit Concerts.
  • Early Access to renewing next year’s subscription.

Oasis Chamber Series

  • Includes tickets to all three chamber performances at the Ashley Oasis, choices between the Cabaret Seating and Theatre Style seating are available.
  • Early Access to renewing next year’s subscription.
  • Invitation to Classical Tahoe’s “Inside Look” pre-rehearsal concert talk with guest conductor.

Mix & Match Subscription (3 Pavilion concerts)

  • Choose any three concerts from the nine performances in our Mainstage Package.
  • Early Access to renewing next year’s subscription.
  • Invitation to Classical Tahoe’s “Inside Look” pre-rehearsal concert talk with guest conductor.

SUBSCRIPTION RENEWAL & PRIORITY SEATING PROCESS

Subscription renewals are processed based on package size and seating section. 

We begin by renewing our largest packages first. These packages include “Mainstage” and “Classical” subscriptions. Patrons are guaranteed the same seats for each concert within these packages. 

Next, are “Mix & Match” subscriptions. These packages are more flexible by design. While the same seats cannot be guaranteed, we will make every effort to reserve the same or comparable seats for you. “Chamber Series” packages and individual tickets are sold separately. 

All renewing seat subscribers must first confirm or release their existing seats before any upgrades can be processed. If you are interested in upgrading your seat, please let our team know when we process your subscription. If upgraded seats become available in the following weeks, we will contact you to give you the opportunity to upgrade at that time. 

TICKET POLICIES

Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. However, if you’re unable to attend:

  • Donate Your Tickets: Return tickets at least 24 hours before the performance to receive a tax-deductible donation receipt. Your gift supports Classical Tahoe’s mission.
  • Transfer Tickets: Tickets are fully transferable to friends or family.
  • Exchange Tickets: Exchanges may be possible for another performance within the same season, subject to availability.

Student Ticket Policy

A limited number of student tickets are available starting the Wednesday before each concert weekend.
