White Nights Gala: An Exclusive Prelude to the Classical Tahoe Summer Music Festival
LAKE TAHOE, Nev. (June 23, 2017)— The 2017 Classical Tahoe summer music festival takes flight at the 4th annual White Nights Gala Sunday, July 9, at 5 p.m. at the stunning lakefront estate of Kern Schumacher in Incline Village, Nevada. The elegant benefit fundraiser mirrors popular international ‘diner en blanc’ events where invited guests attend wearing white and enjoy delectable food and wine.
White Nights Gala guests will have the opportunity to bid on exotic auction experiences like these.
- Hamilton on Broadway: tickets for two, a pre-show dinner with cast members, in-theater meet-and-greet with a cast member following the show, and a signed cast poster
- Havana Highlights: trip for two including four nights at Hotel Saratoga, private city and Vinales Valley tours, and a Hemingway excursion
Esteemed chef Mark Estee, in partnership with Verlasso Salmon, will prepare the artisanal feast. Wine will provided by Bonterra Vineyard, recently named Winery of the Year by Wine Enthusiast. Award-winning food styling will be presented by Jennifer Bushman of Route to Market.
Funds raised benefit Classical Tahoe and its support of Lake Tahoe’s cultural growth. Each summer, the festival hosts more than 45 musicians from the nation’s top orchestras for nine spectacular concerts with virtuoso soloists performing at the new Classical Tahoe Concert Pavilion on the Sierra Nevada College campus in Incline Village, Nevada.
Tickets for the White Nights Gala are on sale now for $250 per person, $2,500 for a table of 10, and $325 for a package that includes a single Gala ticket plus two festival tickets for opening night, July 28. Attire is “summer white.” Make reservations online or call (775) 298-0245.
